I love to experiment and try out exotic makeup looks. But not everyone likes dramatic changes in their appearance. Today I'm going to show you how to get those desirable colorful eyebrows, without bleaching and damaging them, even if your eyebrows are dark. All you need to make your eyebrows bright and colorful are a few makeup products: eyebrow comb, bright eye pencil of your choice, pigmented eyeshadow, and concealer. A couple of small synthetic brushes will also help you to get neat and precise eyebrow makeup.

How to Creare a Colorful Eyebrow Look?

#1. Prep and groom

Start your colorful eyebrow makeup with clean and makeup-free hair. If your eyebrow hairs are very thin or you don't have them at all, you can try to enhance them with a help of a special hair-growth booster, aka serum. You can check out this Brow Enhancing Serum review to learn a little more about how to use it and how it works. For now, use some regular eyeshadow primer to make your eyebrow makeup look brighter and last longer.

#2. Eyebrow Pencil

Comb your eyebrows upwards with the help of a special tiny brush or mascara wand. Sharpen a vivid eyebrow pencil and carefully start to apply it to your eyebrows, shaping them in the way you like. Focus on defining the shape and filling in any sparse areas. Use a light hand to maintain a natural appearance. You can use a lip pencil if you don't have an eye pencil. I prefer to use wax-based pencils because was helped eyebrow hairs stay in place. After the pencil is applied brush through the hairs once again.

#3. Vibrant eyeshadow or pigment

Eye pencils will not cover all the hairs, especially if the eyebrows are dark. That's why we need to set the pencil with an eyeshadow. Select an eyeshadow or eyebrow powder in the desired colorful shade. Use a tiny synthetic brush and gently dab eyeshadow on the top of your eyebrows. Don't worry about the mess and fallouts, we are going to clean it all up later.

To ensure your colorful eyebrows stay in place all day, apply a clear or tinted eyebrow-setting gel or wax. Using an eyebrow spoolie brush, comb the product through your brows, taming any unruly hairs and providing hold.

Can I bleach My Eyebrows Beforehand?

Yes, of course! If you want your colorful eyebrows to pop you can bleach your eyebrows. To achieve beautifully bleached eyebrows, it's important to use a special eyebrows bleach and to follow a few essential steps. Carefully cleanse your eyebrows and apply a greasy moisturizer or vaseline on the skin around the eyebrows, to protect it from the bleach. Carefully mix the bleach according to the instructions provided, ensuring it's well combined. Then, using a cotton swab, apply a small amount of the bleach mixture onto your eyebrows, making sure to coat each hair evenly. Finally, apply a soothing post-bleach treatment or aloe vera gel to calm the skin and nourish your newly bleached eyebrows.

However, if you don't feel like bleaching, you can still get a bright, colorful eyebrow without erasing your natural eyebrow color. Instead, use this simple method you can change your eyebrow color daily and match your outfit and mood.
